FAQ

FFL Transfers:  All Transfers are $30 (this includes the NIC's background fee) Please email us if you need a copy of our FFL for your transfer (genxarms@gmail.com)

Consignment fees:  15%  of total sale. 

Gunbroker sales fee is 6% up to $400 and 4% over $401

We inspect and clean every firearm that comes into the shop for service. That fee is $120 dollars and will include an estimate for repair. No work will be done without approval. 

Return Policy: All sales are final. No returns. For new firearms, please contact company for warranty service.

Firearms not picked up after 30 days from completed work or tansfer will be charged 10 dollars a day until picked up. All firearms not picked up after 90 days will become the property of Gen X arms & Gunwork's LLC and will be sold to cover the cost of repair and storage!
